How did I not say anything about this?

My Granddad was admitted to hospital recently. For those who are about to type out their messages of concern, it's fine, he's home now. He was only in for about a fortnight. He was suffering from some kind of infection which messed up his kidneys and by extension his breathing. Like I said, though, he's fine. I just kick myself how I never said anything before.
